Asif Shaikh is a London-based multidisciplinary visual artist working across photography, digital image-making and visual storytelling.
With a background in architecture and an MA in Visual Communication from UCA Canterbury, his practice explores memory, movement, material culture and the relationships between people and their environments.
His photographic project Passing By looks at fleeting encounters and overlooked moments in everyday spaces. ASIF SHAIKH – Prints & Editions presents selected photographs as framed fine art prints, produced on demand.
His wider artistic practice includes photography, digital collage, mixed media and community-focused work, with works presented through international exhibitions and publications including Point Pleasant Publishing and Suboart Magazine.
