Return & Refund Policy

Each artwork sold through ASIF SHAIKH – Prints & Editions is produced and prepared with care.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the print must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging and condition.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Made-to-Order or Personalised Works

Certain prints, editions or artworks may be produced specifically to order or personalised for the customer. Where an item is clearly identified as personalised or made to the customer's specifications, returns or cancellations may be restricted in accordance with applicable consumer law.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not as agreed.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original delivery charges and return postage may not be refundable except where required by law or where the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production or fulfilment has already begun for a personalised or made-to-specification order, cancellation may not be possible.
